Mermay Day 27: Electric

This definitely goes into one of my top 5 favorites of this year's mermay challenge. Getting the pattern on her tail and the electricity flowing around her was so much fun to draw.

For this piece, I actually used my kneaded eraser to create eel shapes with mouths so I could draw them from different angles. I highly recommend having a blob of kneaded eraser handy for when you need to draw something at difficult angle. alternatively if you're good at 3d sculpting that would probably be more accurate
